How this works
This calendar shows open installation slots for the next few months, straight from the Installation Database sheet. It refreshes every 15 minutes, or tap Refresh.
Reading a day
The big number is how many install slots are still open that day. The squares show all 8 slots: booked, reserved by a rep, and open.
Dark blue = 3 or more open Light blue = 1–2 open Grey = full outlined = closed.
Reserving a slot
Tap Reserve on any upcoming day with open slots, pick your name and the job type, add the customer, and confirm. It writes "RESERVED – your name – job type (customer)" into that day on the install schedule and the open count drops right away, so nobody else can grab it. The install coordinator gets an email for every reservation.
New Install, Commercial and OBR jobs can't be reserved from here — call the install coordinator for those.
If the coordinator rejects a reservation, you'll get an email with the reason and the slot reopens.
To cancel or change a reservation, ask the install coordinator — they clear it in the schedule and the slot reopens.
